Many of our shirts are crafted in Texas. We partner with local manufacturers to ensure quality and uphold our heritage-inspired approach.

What does “heritage-inspired design” mean at Texas Standard?

It means our patterns, materials, and styling draw from Texas, Tejano, and Western traditions—while incorporating modern fits and fabric tech for today’s wearer.

How should I care for a TexShield® shirt?

Turn the shirt inside out for washing, use cold water, tumble-dry on low, or hang-dry. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can reduce the water-repellent effect.

What is the fit of your shirts?

We offer a contemporary fit that balances heritage styling and modern comfort. Size charts are available on each product page to help you select the right size.

Can I wear a Texas Standard shirt for travel or work?

Yes. Our TexShield®-equipped shirts and heritage-western pieces are designed to perform well in travel, business casual, and everyday settings—melding style and utility.

What if I’m not in Texas—does the brand still apply?

Absolutely. While our roots are in Texas, our design and performance features serve men everywhere. Our message is authentic, but not limited geographically.

Do you offer alterations or customizations?

At present, we don’t offer full bespoke tailoring, but selected shirts feature optional monogramming or limited-edition styling—check product pages for those options.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for full-price items, provided they are unworn and with tags attached. Sale items have separate guidelines—see our policy page.
